Payment
Payment is due immediately upon purchase. PayPal, AfterPay and credit cards are accepted directly through our website.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and if it hasn't been shipped we will cancel it for you. Please note that custom orders are not able to be cancelled.

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.
Pre-Orders
All orders containing pre-ordered items will be held until the pre-ordered items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for the in-stock items.
Shipping
We will ship all ready-made items within five business days after payment is received - usually much sooner.
International shipping is available! Please contact us if you don't see it offered for a product you are interested in purchasing. Please note that the full value of the products will be declared on all customs forms. If any additional customs fees are added, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We do not provide refunds if your item is lost in the mail or misdelivered by USPS or any other carrier, or stopped at customs, so please keep that in mind before you order and be aware of your country's customs/import policies. If reliable mail delivery is a concern for you, please contact us before purchase and we will arrange the purchase of insurance for your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of nail polish and nail art supplies we do not accept returns of nail polish or used stamping plates.
We are to happy to accept returns for store credit on brand new, never used stamping plates with the protective cover still in place within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and a $4.99 restocking fee will be assessed on the return of the tiems. Please use our contact form to begin the return/exchange process.
If you have a concern with a product you have ordered, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any situation to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase and trust your experience at Lantern & Wren, and we will work with you as best as we can!
International Purchasers Only: Under the EU’s previous distance-selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products within seven days for any reason. The new regulations expand the return window to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. This rule does NOT apply to custom-made products. Buyers bear the shipping cost related to returning goods. Shipping costs to the buyer will not be refunded.
