Named after songs from the 80's, Rebel Yellow is the neon yellow member of the neon regular polish collection. This polish dries to semi matte finish and needs a high shine topcoat to bring out its full beauty. While it's not technically a stamping polish, customers have said they use it for stamping and it works beautifully over white and well over black, and it also watermarbles!
