Your Fuchsia looks Bright" is not quite a multichrome polish, but it certainly is shifty! It starts off burgundy with a blue sheen, then shifts to a bright magenta, fuchsia and at extreme angles metallic red. Your base color will affect what colors are seen. Over black the blue sheen is more apparent. Can also be worn as a regular polish, opaque in one coat.
